Key Responsibilities:
• Handling day-to-day administrative duties such as data entry, document management, and maintaining internal systems
• Supporting the operations team with scheduling emergency call-outs and managing job trackers
• Assisting with customer and contractor communications via phone and email
• Updating and maintaining accurate records, including compliance documents and performance reports
• Supporting the finance process with invoice logging, expenses, and purchase orders
• Assisting with onboarding new contractors and organising team resources
• Working alongside the MD on key business growth initiatives and internal projects
• Providing general admin support to ensure smooth daily operations
