The successful candidate will be pro-active in achieving results and working well within an experienced team, specializing in all modes of transportation such as Rail Infrastructure, Rollingstock, Train Operating Companies, Highways, Airports.
Main Responsibilities
• Formatting CV’s
• Issuing contracts
• Dealing with pay queries
• Updating/management of internal/external Excel spreadsheets
• Use of company database and associated compliance systems
• Arranging contractor training and assessment dates
• Supporting the recruitment team with day to day queries
• Communications with both candidates / contractors and clients
• Handling key recruitment data and updating candidate records
• Liaising with external agency suppliers
