Gunner Cooke LLP are looking for an Office Services Apprentice to join our busy team in Manchester. The successful candidate will play a critical role in the smooth running of the management of incoming and outgoing post, and other admin tasks.
A normal day would include:
• Dealing with incoming, outgoing post, printing, filing, booking couriers, logging post charges, managing hot desk bookings, binding, photocopying or scanning plus any other adhoc admin tasks where necessary to support the Office Services Team and its partners
• Supporting a central inbox for partner requests
• Answering telephone enquiries from partners
• Front of house support; meeting room set up, meeting and greeting clients, providing refreshments
• Ad-hoc administration tasks such as; delivering by hands and court documents and supporting the event and recruitment team with administration tasks

Our Office Services team can be a doorway to progression in other departments such as Partner Services, Compliance or Recruitment.
How you will be supported
Full training and support will be provided by The Growth Company to help you achieve your apprenticeship and reach your full potential in your role.
We undertake a full 3 month training programme for any new team members where progress will be reviewed regularly.

Joining a busy team you will efficiently process sales orders, handle sales customer enquiries and quotations whilst providing effective administration support to the smooth running of the team.
You will be responsible for maintaining strong, personal relationships with clients, customers, and suppliers alike, of Ascot International (1996) Ltd market within UK & Europe.
Through our programme, you will work as an apprentice Business Administrator supporting the extended leadership as an integral part of the academy’s support workforce.
