About this opportunity

This Apprenticeship is a Level 3 AI Content Creator qualification. This is a new an exciting course with great scope for future development.

An exciting role where you will work on various projects, from social media graphics to website elements, collaborating closely with team members to bring ideas to life & assisting with a limited amount of IT-related support.

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Production: Create visual assets such as social media posts, banner ads, website graphics, email templates, and printed materials
• Collaboration: Work closely with Senior Designers, Marketing, and Recruitment teams to support campaigns and ensure brand consistency across all platforms
• Tech-Savvy Tools Use: Utilise industry-standard software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva etc.) and keep up with new tools and updates to improve design processes
• Asset Management: Maintain and organise design assets and templates for easy access and consistency
• Research & Innovation: Stay informed on emerging design trends, technologies, and software to incorporate the latest practices into your work
• Feedback & Iteration: Incorporate feedback from senior team members, making revisions to deliver high-quality, polished work
• File Prep: Prepare and export assets for web and print, following best practices for optimisation and formatting
• Assist with limited IT support: Including issues with Office 365, Microsoft Windows and Bluetooth devices

While they may have less experience, their enthusiasm and willingness to experiment bring a fresh perspective to creative challenges

Skills

Technical Proficiency: familiar with Canva, or other digital design tools
Digital Design Processes: Understanding of digital design principles including responsive design, typography, colour theory, and layout
Web & Print Familiarity: Experience with basic web design, print formats, and knowledge of digital assets required for various channels
Adaptability & Tech Curiosity: Eagerness to learn new tools and software; stays current with design technology
Detail-oriented: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
