About this opportunity

An exciting role supporting the development of Universal Care Services, providing marketing and social media support to reach a wide range of stakeholders including potential customers, staff, and Midlands based businesses.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain the website profile of the service to ensure that an up-to-date profile is present on the main UCS website
• Liaise with the business manager regarding website traffic to the website and improvements that could be made
• Manage and monitor social media platforms - Facebook/Twitter/Instagram/ Linked In reporting any concerns to the QA Manager
• Create content and make regular posts on social media which promote the service and mirror key messages from the main UCS platform
• Work with head office to Increase UCS’s brand exposure across the Midlands
• Conduct keyword research and web statistics reporting as required
• Contribute to company blogs and manage e-communications for the Service working with teams to ensure messages are consistent
• Undertake general administration tasks as requested or required
• Initiate a range of local marketing campaigns working in partnership with head office
• Engage with staff and local communities to raise the profile of UCS
• Manage the online reputation of the service working with senior management
