Jobs in Marketing have an opportunity for an Apprentice Project Coordinator to join the company to assist on client assignments. The emphasis and focus of the role is project administration, leading to installation as a Junior Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities of the Project Coordinator
• Assist with projects/instructions, dealing with clients and candidates and representing the company in a positive, proactive and professional manner by following a proven step-by-step procedures guide
• Operate the company’s bespoke CRM database
• Identify, contact, liaise with and interview candidates for the vacancies the company is handling
• Upload latest vacancies on to the company’s website, partner job-boards and relevant social media platforms, generating the relevant content (job descriptions) etc
• Attend and contribute to regular team meetings and assignment reviews etc • Represent the firm at corporate entertaining events, recruitment fairs and candidate open days etc

GCSE Maths & English Language grade A*-C/9-4
• Possess excellent interpersonal skills, written and verbal
• Dynamic, energetic and self-starting
A bright and purposeful individual with ideally (but not necessarily) a relevant marketing-related qualification such as a BTech or A-levels in business studies, marketing, communications, economics, IT or digital media
Applicants with qualifications in other subjects such as social studies or English will also be considered on merit, especially if they have an interest in professional marketing
• Well-organised, process-driven, professional and client-facing, with a cool temperament and able to multi-task under pressure
• Can demonstrate a good basic knowledge of the 'business landscape’ of northwest England - i.e. the regional map, the main sectors/industries, travel times/distances, companies and organisations etc This a superb career stepping-stone opportunity for the right candidate
