You will be a key member of our Resource team, managing all aspects of candidate resource and generation within our civil & construction recruitment environment responsible role with extensive computer, website and database exposure.
A normal day would include:
• Using the telephones in a professional and clear manner, acting as an ambassador of our business
• Supporting both the Business Development and Account Management teams in one of our key sectors
• Extensive research and resourcing of temporary staff online and in our database to quickly but efficiently assist to fill our client vacancies
• Constant use of Microsoft Office, Adobe and our internal Database (Bond Adapt)
• Use of Job Boards, LinkedIn, online media, social media and general website research
• You will be constantly communicating your research to all teams internally
