An administration role has arisen at a busy and growing recruitment organisation in Ancoats, Manchester City Centre. The role will involve all aspects of business administration and reception work.
Your responsibility will be to:
• Greet visitors and clients with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate staff member
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
• Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
• Assist candidates with filling out application forms and paperwork
• Coordinate candidate interviews, including scheduling, confirming appointments, and preparing interview rooms
• Ensure that the office supplies are stocked, and reorder supplies as needed
• Handle inquiries from potential candidates and provide basic information about job openings
• Collaborate with recruiters and other staff members to ensure efficient office operations
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information related to candidates and clients
• Follow company policies and procedures regarding office protocols and etiquette
• Adapt to changing priorities and assist with special projects as needed
You will need to use Matchmaker to sign candidates up.
You will also be required to answer any queries, complaints or comments from clients or candidates.
