About this opportunity

A wonderful new role is available. As an Administrator at The Redwood Group, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Managing day-to-day administrative tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling correspondence
• Onboarding new customers onto the relevant systems
• Maintaining up-to-date records on our CRM platform
• Liaising with stakeholders, customers and employees to answer and resolve issues
• Maintaining accurate records and databases
• Creating and managing documents, spreadsheets and presentations
• Assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations
• Coordinating office supplies and equipment
• Supporting other team members as needed

• Proven experience as an Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a collaborative team environment
