An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Property Maintenance Apprentice to work for a well-established company in the property development industry. This opportunity is perfect for someone wanting to start a career within the construction sector.

Based around the areas of Worsley, Eccles, Boothstown, Swinton, Walkden, Astley.

The role would involve various duties including:
• Groundwork
• Brickwork
• Joinery
• Tiling
• Plastering
• Plumbing

You would attend college one day per week to complete a Level 2 Property Maintenance Diploma over 2 years.

What you could go on to do:
Level 3 in a specific trade or trainee management apprenticeship

Full training and support will be provided by The Growth Company to help you achieve your apprenticeship and reach your full potential in your role.
