Didsbury Black Belt Academy is seeking a Customer Service Apprentice to support the day-to-day operation of the academy. This is a wonderful role helping to deliver an excellent customer experience for members and visitors.
A normal day would include:
• Respond to enquiries via telephone, email, WhatsApp and CRM systems
• Contact prospective members and assist with booking appointments and trial sessions
• Follow up enquiries and missed appointments
• Welcome members, parents and visitors to the academy
• Support reception and front-of-house operations
• Maintain accurate customer records and notes within the CRM
• Assist with attendance monitoring and reporting
• Support member onboarding and customer care processes
• Assist with events, gradings and academy activities
• Carry out general administration duties

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join the office staff at GT Services Cheshire in Knutsford. Working on their Customer Service desk, you will be dealing with customers on a day to day basis dealing with queries, quotes and bookings.
In this interesting and exciting role will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day running of the parts department, including receiving and processing orders, checking and organising stock, and supplying parts to the workshop team.
The Customer Service Apprentice will be responsible for meeting customers, answering and making calls, organising and prioritising jobs, and a variety of other tasks. All whilst maintaining an excellent relationship and customer service score.
