The Customer Service Apprentice will be responsible for meeting customers, answering and making calls, organising and prioritising jobs, and a variety of other tasks. All whilst maintaining an excellent relationship and customer service score.
A normal day would include:
• Taking in coming and making outgoing calls
• Preparing necessary paperwork
• Scheduling and booking in vehicles
• Updating the system with accurate notes
• Pre-call and reminder phone calls
• Meeting and greeting customers on the day
• Ensuring customer contact details are captured
• Agreeing and organising collection times
• Customer updates throughout the day
• Upsell from Servicing and Inspections
• Customer collection and explanation or works performed
• Follow up activity to ensure an excellent customer experience
• Being a team player and displaying a positive attitude towards team work, team members and callers
How you will be supported.
Full training and support will be provided by The Growth Company to help you achieve your apprenticeship and reach your full potential in your role.
From an employer perspective you will be assigned a mentor who will train and coach you through the Service Advisor role, Starting with the basics of customer booking and appointments, learning the computer systems, progressing to job shadowing with customers face to face, ultimately towards the end of the apprenticeship you will have the opportunity to progress onto a Business Administration apprenticeship level 3.
