About this opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Support Administration Apprentice within a fast-growing language services agency who deliver translation and interpreting services across the UK and abroad.

Responsibilities

• Manage interpreter booking process. This involves emailing and calling potential interpreters and updating the Project Management Software
• Onboard interpreters, ensuring all supporting documents are supplied
• Prepare and issue interpreter ID badges
• General office admin to support project managers
• Create and schedule social media posts (desirable)
• Update the company website (desirable)
