Key Responsibilities:
• Guest Interaction: Warmly greet guests with a smile, answer questions, and ensure a welcoming environment
• Sales Revenue: Help the Business to achieve its targets
• Event Assistance: Support the coordination and execution of parties and events, ensuring they run smoothly and align with funhouse standards
• Facility Maintenance: Oversee the cleanliness and organisation of the play areas, party rooms, and common spaces
• Safety Oversight: Monitor activities to ensure the safety of all guests, enforcing rules and regulations
• Administrative Support: Assist with bookings, payments, and other administrative tasks as needed

The Centre Co-ordinator is responsible for ensuring that the management, administrative and quality assurance systems for all awarding organisations’ qualifications are properly maintained throughout the centre and externally.
In this role, you will verify customer information, issue sales confirmations, picking lists and invoices. You will relay order instructions, stock control and meet deadlines. Liaison and communication with staff, customers and suppliers.
