As the Centre Assistant your role is critical in creating and delivering memorable experiences that align with our company’s values of teamwork, friendliness, engagement, trustworthiness, hard work, and caring.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guest Interaction: Warmly greet guests with a smile, answer questions, and ensure a welcoming environment
• Sales Revenue: Help the Business to achieve its targets
• Event Assistance: Support the coordination and execution of parties and events, ensuring they run smoothly and align with funhouse standards
• Facility Maintenance: Oversee the cleanliness and organisation of the play areas, party rooms, and common spaces
• Safety Oversight: Monitor activities to ensure the safety of all guests, enforcing rules and regulations
• Administrative Support: Assist with bookings, payments, and other administrative tasks as needed
