Tyldesley Distribution Services Ltd are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Service Advisor to join their team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries via a shared inbox, processing customer orders, order booking and supporting the team/office with various administrative tasks. This is a hands-on role that requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
A normal day would include:
• Managing Inboxes
• Order Entry
• Order Booking
• Document Management
• Team Support
• Phone Support
