An amazing opportunity is available at PropCall Limited. As an Apprentice Finance and Accounts Assistant, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience and skills in financial management, bookkeeping, and general accounting practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with Accounts Payable and Receivable: Process invoices, manage payments, and assist with reconciliations
• Data Entry: Accurately input financial data into the accounting software and maintain up-to-date records
• Bank Reconciliations: Assist in reconciling bank statements and resolving discrepancies
• Financial Reporting: Help prepare monthly financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
• Support Payroll Processing: Assist in the preparation and processing of payroll for all staff
• Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the finance team, including filing, answering queries, and maintaining financial records
• Learning and Development: Attend and actively participate in training sessions, workshops, and exams to successfully complete the apprenticeship qualification
• Compliance: Ensure all financial activities are carried out in compliance with relevant regulations and company policies
