Marketing and Project Support Apprentice

About this opportunity

RCU Ltd has an amazing opportunity for a Marketing and Project Support Apprentice. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to develop their skills across multiple disciplines, including marketing, project support, data analysis and research.

A normal day would include:

Marketing Support:
• Assist in the creation, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns
• Manage social media accounts, contribute to content creation, and support the development of marketing materials

Project Support:
• Provide administrative and logistical support for various projects
• Coordinate with team members to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met

Data Analysis and Research:
• Conduct research and analyse data to support marketing strategies, project development, and business decisions
• Prepare reports and presentations based on findings
• Customer Support: Respond to customer enquiries, provide information about our services, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
• Assist in maintaining customer databases and records

How you will be supported
RCU will provide an initial induction programme and ongoing support and training.

What you should have to apply

GCSE Maths & English grade A*-C/9-4
Level 3 qualification or equivalent experience
