About this opportunity

An interesting and exciting opportunity is available at BHID Group. The Business Admin Apprentice will support the purchasing teams Senior Buyer and Purchasing Administrator. Providing support with order input and expediting of orders.

A normal day would include:

• Supporting the Senior Buyer with all aspects of order input and expediting of all orders
• Assisting with regular stock counts
• Liaising with client services, planning and production ensuring all items are received within the required time scales to meet installation dates
• Complete any ad-hoc tasks as and when required to support business requirements including where required all other purchasing tasks
• To support both the Group Supply Chain Manager and Senior Buyer with administrative tasks
• Be a point of contact for all Purchasing Department queries and where necessary seek support
