Throughout the programme you will gain a variety of experiences across HR, including but not limited to
• You will innovate solutions to people-related matters and provide sound advice to colleagues in line with company policy
• Work with our global specialists to lead and project manage initiatives for roll-out to include using data, creating resources and communications
• Develop and improve existing U.K policies to improve our employee experiences
• Work on a range of HR processes and implement new ideas, using evidence-based decisions for people solutions
• Own aspects of our Global People development activities such as talent management, coaching managers and developing and implementing annual people plans
• Use HR systems to maintain our employee records and data analytics when requested by stakeholders

• A minimum of five GCSEs at Grade C/4 or above, including English and Maths
• A minimum of two A Levels at Grade C or above, preferably in a relevant subject
• To demonstrate a genuine interest in building a career in Human Resources, ideally with transferable work experience or relevant academic grounding
• The potential to work with internal customers with a professional and helpful attitude
• Enjoys data analysis with a keen eye for detail

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience of Microsoft Office packages including Excel, PowerPoint and Word
