About this opportunity

JTRS are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their vibrant team at the head office to manage Accounts Payable of the business and assist with all aspects of finance ensuring a smooth process for internal and external stakeholders.

The Role:

• Processing and coding of supplier invoices and credit notes
• Reconciling supplier accounts to ensure all invoices have been received and requesting any missing invoices
• Prepare and process supplier invoices for payment schedule
• Investing queries and resolving within a specified timeframe
• Processing rebates on a daily basis
• Ensuring supplier accounts have the correct information and are updated accordingly
• Processing credit card and staff expenses monthly
• Submitting reports to Apple every Monday
• Provide administrative support for internal departments
• Be prepared to undertake wider support tasks across the company as and when required
