In this role, you will play a crucial role in the effective operation of the corrugator department. Your primary responsibility will be to plan and schedule the production activities to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities:
• Production Planning: Develop and maintain a comprehensive production plan for the corrugator department, considering factors such as customer orders, machine capacity, and material availability
• Schedule Management: Create and manage the daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules, ensuring that production targets are met while minimizing downtime and maximizing machine efficiency
• Resource Allocation: Coordinate with the production team to allocate resources, including manpower, raw materials, and equipment, to ensure smooth operations and minimize bottlenecks
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements within the corrugator department and implement appropriate measures to enhance productivity and reduce waste
• Communication and Coordination: Maintain effective communication channels with various stakeholders, including production supervisors, sales team, and logistics, to ensure seamless coordination and timely resolution of any issues or concerns
