We are looking for an adaptable individual to join our customer services and procurement teams. A permanent, full-time role based at our Stockport site.
The successful candidate will be joining a well-established team. To ensure the timely and accurate administration and delivery of print and promotional products.
The role will encompass a number of customer support and administrative functions with 50% of the role supporting the team and 50% servicing customers. Some examples of the work you will undertake…
•Taking customer enquiries
•Engaging with internal MI (management information) systems
•Purchasing of products
•Scheduling internal production
This is an office based role and will include direct liaison with customers and suppliers by telephone, teams and email with the occasional site visit.
Attention to detail is vital with the ability to follow existing processes and procedures appropriately. Full training will be provided on our systems and processes and it’s a fantastic opportunity to gain knowledge and understanding of the print and marketing sector.
This opportunity will be a great platform to progress within the business and within the print and marketing industry in general.
A mentor will be provided within the business to make sure the role and training is successful.

Novex FM are looking for an Apprentice Business Administrator to work under our Head of Operations, managing specific client contracts in the facilities management space.
