An exciting opportunity is available to join Superior Wellness based at their head office in Chesterfield. As a customer service apprentice you will work closely with the after sales team, dealing with enquiries, collecting feedback.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Communicate, implement, and maintain company policy and procedures.
• Maintain standards, including quality, health and safety, hygiene, and housekeeping
• Point of contact for customer enquiries
• Taking ownership of assigned tasks and seeing things through to completion
• Support and administer telephony and related devices
• Answer incoming customer enquiries
• Collect and report customer feedback to ensure best practice is recognised and maintained
• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
• Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company’s customer service policy
The role is full time, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm Alternate Saturdays 9am- 2pm on a rota basis.
The salary is between £12,000 to £14,000 depending on experience.
You will be working towards the customer service practitioner qualification apprenticeship, once completed you can progress onto the level 3 customer service specialist qualification. The company develop and promote within, so this role is a great way of building your knowledge skills and behaviour, while completing a national recognised qualification.
