About this opportunity

In this role, you will work closely with experienced consultants to assist in providing exceptional customer service and sales support to clients in the residential and commercial design industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greeting and assisting visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Providing general administrative support, such as scheduling appointments and maintaining files as well as organising and maintaining studio’s calendar and booking system
• Managing studio's inventory of stationery, pantry supplies and other studio essentials.
• Assisting in the recommendation process, including meeting with clients, understanding their needs and providing recommendations for products and services
• Participating in product research and selection to ensure that we are offering the latest and greatest in design trends and products
• Assisting in the coordination of installations and project management

What you should have to apply

• GCSE Maths and English C/4 or above
