This is a permanent, full-time position and an excellent opportunity to begin your career within our progressive and evolving business. The role will be varied as you will be working alongside our finance and office managers.
Duties Responsible For:
• Monitoring the purchase ledger inbox and general inboxes
• Ensuring all electronic invoices are loaded onto Xero
• Allocating transactions to the correct accounts, business unit & project reference
• Ensure all supplier accounts are up to date (address, phone number etc)
• Completing Bank Reconciliations daily to ensure Xero is accurate and up to date
• Assistance in preparing financial documents for the different business sectors such as invoices, bills, and accounts payable and receivable
• Enhance office filing systems relating to commercial control / finance
• Maintain office filing systems on paper and IT based
• Maintain office standards
• Answer the telephone and taking telephone messages
• Meet and greet visitors
• Maintain inventory and equipment for staff
• Completing ad hoc duties as required
