About this opportunity

A unique opportunity has arisen for a motivated and enthusiastic person to join the HR and Office Services team at Bemus Construction Services Ltd Head Office.

A normal day would include:

• Completing new starter paperwork including pre-employment checks.
• Managing sickness absences through updating the system & monitoring absence triggers.
• Dealing with all people related queries, providing advice and guidance to managers and employees.
• Managing the training process including the skills matrix, and coordinating training for staff.
• Updating and maintaining the company HR system & personnel files.

What you could go on to do
Following the completion of the Level 3, there is the opportunity to become a HR Officer.

How you will be supported
Full training and support will be provided by The Growth Company to help you achieve your apprenticeship and reach your full potential in your role.

There will also be full support provided by the HR Manager.
