About this opportunity

Great Places Housing Group are looking a Business Assurance Graduate to undertake a range of activities and will give the successful applicant the opportunity to visit all of the offices and schemes across the North of England.

A normal day would include:
• Working to an audit framework to identify any areas where we are not operating in line with our policies and procedures
• Visiting offices and schemes across the North of England to check that colleagues are delivering on our expectations
• Carrying out checks on data quality
• Highlighting any risks identified to colleagues and managers
• Analysing outcomes from site visits and writing reports on compliance
• Working with colleagues and managers to develop improvement plans
• Supporting the wider Business Assurance team and the Head of Business Assurance to develop plans for service improvement

What you could go on to do:
This apprenticeship position will provide you with the opportunity to complete the required training to become a project manager. There may be opportunities for successful applicants to progress into a permanent role with the employer as a role of the Business Assurance team.

How you will be supported:
Full training and support will be provided by The Growth Company to help you achieve your apprenticeship and reach your full potential in your role. The employer will also provide you with a workplace mentor to support your development within the role as well as lots of additional training and development opportunities and enable you to participate in a range of organisational projects to enhance the skills you develop even further.
