Bethell directly employed a skilled workforce of 200 dedicated staff and due to expansion and investment a number of exciting apprenticeship opportunities have arisen.
Working on various jobs in the Bolton and across Greater Manchester you will be work on and be fully trained in the following areas: kerbing, installing drainage, paving, concreting and general civil engineering works. Working in a number of sectors such as highways, groundwork, environment, rail, water and structures.
As part of your apprenticeship you will attend College one day per week over two years and work towards your nvq whilst in the workplace
A normal day would include:
Meeting on site or arranging a pick up point and you could be working on any project in the following areas: highways, groundwork, environment, rail, water and structures.
You will be working with a groundworks team and installing paving, drainage, kerbing, concreting and general civil engineering works.
As part of your apprenticeship you will attend College one day per week over two years and work towards your nvq whilst in the workplace.

Full training and support will be provided by our expert training and assessment staff at The Skills Company.
