Flooring Apprentice

About this opportunity

Due to expansion a fantastic opportunity has arisen to be trained up as Floor Covering Apprentice.

This will involve working across Greater Manchester with a team of time served tradespeople and you will be trained up in all areas of laying and installing underlays, safety flooring, laminate, wood flooring, carpets and vinyls.

You will be working on major public and private sector contracts. This will include local authorities, housing associations, NHS Trusts, house builders and property developers.

This Apprenticeship would suit some who enjoys physical work and working across various locations around the North West.

What you should have to apply

GCSEs or equivalent in Maths and English at Grade C or above. If not you will need to complete functional skills in college.

Skills

Full training will be provided however, you must be happy to be attend college on a day release basis.
