Our team is here to support you through your apprenticeship or course, but did you know your GC contact can also provide you with additional help? They can sign-post you to a wide range of services which can support your health and wellbeing, and provide additional guidance on anything that might be troubling you.
Young Minds
Young Minds have developed a blog for young people which provides tips on how to maintain your mental health and wellbeing. Advice includes what to do if you are anxious about Coronavirus, what to do if you are self-isolating and a range of helplines and services you can contact.
Mind
Mind have created a dedicated resource for people who are worried about how the virus can affect wellbeing and mental health. Here you will find helpful tips and things to do if you’re at home or are self-isolating

The Samaritans are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. As the virus is affecting the way in which you live your life, they have gathered some resources to help with your mental wellbeing.
