Skills Bootcamps are delivered across various sectors where it has been identified there are skills shortages by employers. They are designed for people aged 19+ and as a result learners already have many transferable skills and previous experience.
Learners that enrol on one of the Skills Bootcamp programmes do so because they want to, they have an interest in their chosen sector and are excited to learn more, this is what makes them a great choice for employers looking to plug a skills gap and recruit talented staff.
Learners aren’t always unemployed, many are changing career, self-employed, already employed but looking to upskill, on a career break, but the one thing they all have in common is that they are passionate, dedicated and willing to give up their own time to come and complete a Skills Bootcamp.
