Level 3 Diploma in Management Skills and Knowledge
The course is FREE for those who are employed and:
A Greater Manchester resident who is aged 19+
OR
A South Yorkshire resident who is aged 24+ living in the following postcode areas: Sheffield, Rotherham, Doncaster or Barnsley

This qualification is made up of the following units:
- Solving problems and making decisions
- Understanding Leadership
- Leading and motivating a team effectively
- Understanding customer service standards and requirements
- Developing yourself and others
- Understanding Conflict in the workplace
- Understanding quality management
- Understanding effective communication
Weekly attendance via teams plus one-to-one visits to your workplace.
You must be working in a role which requires you to manage people.
Upon successful completion, you will achieve an ILM Level 3 Diploma in Leadership and Management.
