The course will provide you with a solid introduction to the fundamentals of good customer service.

To achieve the Level 2 Certificate in Customer Service, you must achieve 13 credits by completing the following units:

Yes, you will receive an allowance of up to £30 per week.
On successful completion you will achieve a Level 2 Certificate in Customer Service.
There are no formal entry requirements however, you will need to attend an informal interview.
The course is FREE for anyone aged 16-18.
