Information Communication Technician Apprenticeship

An Information Communication Technician's role is to deliver efficient operation and control of the IT and/or Telecommunication Infrastructure. This can be either on-premises or to end-users provisioned as cloud services and are required to deliver and support the information systems needs of an organisation.

What does the course cover?

There are 3 pathways to follow, these are:

  • Support Technician apprentice - Helpdesk
  • Network Technician apprentice – Networking
  • Digital Communications Technician apprentice - Telecoms
What will I achieve?

 Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, you will achieve a Level 3 Qualification as an Information Communication Technician.

What are the entry requirements?

GCSE Grade 4 or above in maths and English. 

Where will I study?

You will be attending the apprenticeship online.
