A highly organised Administration Assistant Apprentice is being asked to join our team in St Helens. This is a pure administration role, ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail who enjoys structured, process-driven work.
Key Responsibilities
• Track and chase outstanding documentation from clients, ensuring it is received in a timely manner
• Keep clients clearly informed of what documentation or information is outstanding and the deadline for providing it
• Maintain an accurate, up-to-date record of outstanding items and follow-up dates for each client
• Provide ongoing administrative support to the sales team, helping progress deals and cases smoothly
• Input, update, and maintain client and case data across internal systems with a high level of accuracy
• Prepare, format, and proofread documents, reports, and correspondence
• File and organise both physical and digital records in line with company procedures
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and post relating to outstanding documentation, directing them appropriately
• Take part in all elements of the apprenticeship programme, including off-the-job training and coursework
