What you’ll learn and do:
• CAD & drawing work – creating accurate designs and layouts using CAD software to support sign manufacturing
• CNC machine operation – using an XYZ axis CNC machine to cut and manufacture signs to precise specifications
• Machine setup and loading – preparing materials, uploading files to the machine, and ensuring each job runs smoothly
• Handling deliveries – receiving materials and ensuring they are stored correctly
• Stock control – monitoring materials, ensuring you have what you need for each job, and reporting when supplies are low
• Workshop organisation – keeping your work area tidy, safe, and efficient as part of daily housekeeping
