Apprentice CNC Machine Operator

About this opportunity

A great opportunity for someone with an interest in design, manufacturing, or CNC machining. Signs2signs are a 2 second lean company with a strong focus on continuous improvement.

What you’ll learn and do:
• CAD & drawing work – creating accurate designs and layouts using CAD software to support sign manufacturing
• CNC machine operation – using an XYZ axis CNC machine to cut and manufacture signs to precise specifications
• Machine setup and loading – preparing materials, uploading files to the machine, and ensuring each job runs smoothly
• Handling deliveries – receiving materials and ensuring they are stored correctly
• Stock control – monitoring materials, ensuring you have what you need for each job, and reporting when supplies are low
• Workshop organisation – keeping your work area tidy, safe, and efficient as part of daily housekeeping

Full training and support will be provided by The Growth Company to help you achieve your apprenticeship and reach your full potential in your role.
