Key Responsibilities:

• Support individual students and small groups under the direction of the class teacher
• Assist in the delivery of targeted interventions to accelerate student progress
• Promote inclusion and help ensure all students have equal access to learning
• Build positive relationships with students to support their social and academic development
• Provide feedback on student progress to staff and relevant stakeholders
• Support the preparation of classroom resources and contribute to lesson planning
• Uphold the safeguarding and wellbeing of all students
• Contribute to the wider school life through extracurricular and enrichment activities
