Apprentice Manufacturing Operative

About this opportunity

The Splash Lab are looking for a new member for their skilled team to come on board to assist with the manufacture of its products. They are looking for someone who is motivated and driven to grow and become a skilled operative.

This role will involve training to be a qualified Manufacturing team member and learn new skills along the way. Learning the use of hand tools and power tools to assemble engineered products.

Qualifications for this role will be part of the journey onto becoming a valued team member and beyond.

• Assembly of engineered products
• Packaging of engineered products
• Working within an operations team
• Potential to grow with the company
• Power tools and hand tools for assembly of products
• Assembly of handmade manufactured sink units, joinery based
• Packaging of handmade sink units
• Goods in and Goods out

Full training and support will be provided by The Growth Company to help you achieve your apprenticeship and reach your full potential in your role.
