A normal day would include:
All aspects of fruit & vegetable preparation & processing for a wide variety of commercial & private customers
The role involves the processing of fruit and vegetables to be used in schools, businesses and private customers.
It will involve handling heavy containers of fruit and vegetable.
Preparing fruit and veg to be used in catering.
Using relevant machinery and processes in preparing food for commercial and private usage
Labelling products for distribution.
Stock control
Ensuring all areas of food processing are maintained to the necessary hygiene standards
