Here at GC, we are fully committed to supporting our employers in every aspect of working with our learners. As we observe Suicide Prevention Day this September, we aim to equip you with the tools to effectively support your apprentices. We're here to help you recognise the signs of suicidal thoughts and offer guidance on how to provide the care and support they may need.
We're here to provide a variety of support options, from signposting to information leaflets which you can display in the workplace, there's also a free awareness course that'll help you gain a deeper understanding of how you can help your employees.
Our trained Safeguarding Officers at the Growth Company are available to offer one-on-one support for both you and your apprentices.
