Since leaving school in 1996 and securing my first apprenticeship with an IT company I have understood and appreciated the very real benefits of being able to work whilst also training.
In the last 25 years I have worked my way up in a number of organisations and done every role from business administration apprentice up to being a director, but I still have the same passion today for apprenticeships and I am living proof of their real benefit for people in their career.
Working at Education and Skills I see first –hand how our team support both our learners and our employers throughout all of our training programmes be that adult learning, Bootcamps or our extensive apprenticeship offer.
I am incredibly proud of the work we do at Education and Skills and as an organisation which has skills development at it’s heart, myself and my colleagues are dedicated to improve the lives of all those we work with either individuals or our valued employers.
