Schofield & Sons is a professional construction and maintenance company based in Salford. Founded in 1978 and now managed by the founder’s son, they are renowned locally for their family values, safe and ethical working practices, the quality of their work and their collaborative non-contractual approach to delivery.
Schofield & Sons approached the Growth Company to recruit some apprentices in order to grow and futureproof their business and they have now recruited 6 learners. Their current learners are undertaking Property Maintenance and Carpentry and Joinery apprenticeships.
