Celebrating Our ARC Awards Learners

18 Dec 2025
We’re incredibly proud to celebrate the achievements of our learners who’ve been recognised at the ARC Awards, an industry-respected celebration of emerging talent within refrigeration and air conditioning.

All of our award winners are currently completing their Level 3 Refrigeration, Air Conditioning and Heat Pump Systems qualification, with their primary learning delivered through GC Education and Skills and a supported, specialist practical learning element delivered in partnership with PRTC (Practical Refrigeration Training Centre) in Burnley. Alongside their studies, they continue to develop their skills on site with leading employers across the sector.

The ARC Awards highlight learners who consistently demonstrate technical ability, professionalism, strong work ethic and a genuine commitment to their trade, qualities that are essential to the future of the HVAC industry.
