A Lean Manufacturing Operative requires the behaviours that will ensure they are:
On successful completion you will achieve a Lean Manufacturing Operative Apprenticeship.
If you do not already hold a Level 2 or GCSE grade 4/C or above in maths and English, you will be required to achieve both at level 1 and also have taken exams at level 2, for both subjects, during your apprenticeship.
Functional Skills is no longer a mandated requirement for apprentices aged 19 or above. However, some programmes may have minimum entry level requirements for English and maths due to the nature of the programme.
You will attend the GM SkillCentre 1 day per week and a Skills Development Tutor will visit you at your workplace every 4 to 6 weeks.
