As the Growth Company are a not-for-profit organisation, we will fund the following additional qualifications within your apprenticeship.
- CompTIA Data+
- CompTIA Data+ is an early-career data analytics certification for professionals tasked with developing and promoting data-driven business decision-making
The course will also cover a range of knowledge, skills and behaviours that will be applied in the workplace and demonstrated within your portfolio.
We give learners mock synoptic projects and interviews to ensure they are ready for the End Point Assessment and know precisely what to expect at all points in the process.
The End Point Assessment itself includes:
- Portfolio which will underpin a professional Discussion with an End-Point Assessor
- A demonstration of data analysis skills based on a given scenario provided by the End Point Assessment Organisation with questioning
Our training for this apprenticeship is based on a blended delivery model.
- Apprentices are required to attend:
- Fortnightly group training sessions
- One-to-one sessions every 6 weeks
- Webinars
- Online courses
- Video and additional support as required
On successful completion you will achieve a L3 Data Technician Apprenticeship and CompTIA Data+.
- Ideally, you will hold a GCSE grade C/4 or above in maths and English or equivalent
- You must be employed in relevant role
