This practical 15-day course is designed to give you the essential skills and knowledge to begin a career in construction, with a strong focus on sustainability and solar energy. It includes a dedicated day of learning on solar panelling, plus solar awareness embedded throughout the programme.
It is mandatory to hold a CSCS card if you want to work in the construction industry. A CSCS card provides proof that you have the appropriate training and qualifications required to work on-site.

A 2-year CSCS Labourer Card
(Upon successful completion of the course and passing the relevant test)
Be aged 19 or over and unemployed
Have a basic level of English and maths
Have the right to work in the UK
