Role overview
• Work collaboratively within a team to build and maintain a temporary labour workforce
• Build & maintain strong working relationships with all Workers and Clients
• Undertake & record sales activity in line with training and as agreed
• Always deliver excellent customer service levels
• Actively advertise, screen, interview and recruit team members to enhance our temporary workforce, ensuring all compliance checks have been completed before they start their assignment
• Work collaboratively with other members of the team to ensure all bookings are filled and help to explore potential for further opportunities within our clients
• Opportunity to work in a fast paced, and constantly developing environment
• Explore and identify additional opportunities outside our current client base for us to offer our services including Driver CPC training and additional upskill training
• Maintain strong & robust compliance levels in line with operating procedures
• Undertake social media activity and marketing tasks as required to contribute to the growth of the business
• Contributing to the efficiency of the business by constantly reviewing systems and processes
