About this opportunity

A normal day would include:

• Answering in-coming calls and enquiries
• Taking detailed messages and passing these to the relevant consultant
• General administration duties within the office eg: Unlocking and preparing the interview room, photocopying, shredding, filing, emailing.
• Supporting the Recruitment Consultants when necessary with day to day admin duties
• Organising dates & times for candidate interviews using the diary
• Meet and greet the candidates when they arrive for their interview
• Make them a drink and engage in small talk – help them to relax and be themselves
• Photograph their identification details
• Ask them to complete printed out registration forms, scan in and add to database
• Add details from registration form to candidate profile
• Adding candidate details to the system and attaching their CV & work samples.
• Passing CV’s to the consultants to review via the database
• Filing away CVs and interview packs into candidate files – name and mark-up appropriately
• Make sure all candidates receive GDPR forms and that they’re fully compliant
• Proofreading ads, emailers & articles
• Research into competitor’s websites and relevant industry publications and literature
• Send out regular Press Watches
• Attending award dinners, networking events and other related industry events
• Attending corporate hospitality events and also freelance candidate events.
• Networking, socialising and creating awareness for Become at every opportunity.
• Sit in on any training that is provided by Empresaria and take detailed notes
• Dealing with trouble shooting queries where possible
• Uploading adverts onto industry websites
• Booking appropriate candidates in for interviews & adding these to the diary via the database
• Confirming interview times & dates with candidates and adding info into the diary and comm’s record
• Find out about other clients – who’s recruiting, who’s won what pitch, who have recently opened, what do they produce specifically, who are their clients, how big is their company and do they use freelancers etc.
• Email a report to consultants each week on any relevant industry news items & sales leads
• Help with quarterly emailers
• Sit in on monthly marketing meetings, take detailed notes and become familiar with social media content & targets
• Become familiar with Sendible and the social media schedule.
