This vacancy will give the candidate the opportunity to work across the whole of PP Group’s operations team, the primary focus of this role will be:
• Warehouse duties
• Picking and packing orders to dispatch to our customers in most efficient, effective, and safe manner
• Stock control
• Manging the supply chain end to end
• Assisting with loading and unloading
• Keeping all work areas clean, tidy, and free of obstructions
This role requires attention to detail, self-motivation, a strong work ethic and dedication to doing it right.
Other areas of the operations the candidate will be involved in will include stock control and manging the supply chain end to end. This are of operations requires negotiation skills, communication, organisation and most importantly an appreciation of how vital it is to business success.
Wage is dependent on age and experience beginning at £4.81 per hour, this also includes an attendance bonus of £40 per so the total hourly rate is equal to £5.81
Access to a free Gym is also available, and a company pension.
PP Group offer a company profit related bonus at Christmas and a weekly bonus scheme.
They can also offer free onsite parking, free use of the onsite gym, chill out room with leisure facilities including darts, snooker and more, and a company pension.

Full training and support will be provided by our well experienced staff and assessment staff at The Growth Company. A comprehensive training program has been developed by The PP Group of Companies where you will be learning to operate the machinery relevant to your role.
