About this opportunity

We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a passionate Customer Service Apprentice to work at The Fragrance Shop in Trafford Park! You will become a confident communicator and develop an understanding of how to keep customers needs central.

A normal day would include:

• Answer a high volume of calls, emails and live chat whilst maintaining a rapid response rate according to agreed standards
• Log information from calls received, file correspondence/data where required and maintain detailed and accurate records
• To ensure enquiries are dealt with efficiently and are handled empathetically, professionally and in line with the values and beliefs of the company
• Provide information, support, and advice to our customers
• Place customer orders via the admin console
• Provide multi-channel customer service
• Keep a record of all inquiries, comments, and complaints
• Collect customer feedback
• Interact with store staff members to discuss any enquiries or queries customers may have and consider the best solution
